During intermission, learn RRR’s famous dance from Shruthi Mukund of the Indian Dance Educators Association!

Sure, you could stay home and watch the most spectacular movie of 2022 on Netflix, but why would you, when it was purpose-built for the full-on, big-screen, audience-participation experience? Very loosely based on a true story, the greatest movie bromance of all time is the story of a soldier and a political activist who team up to resist the British Raj in early twentieth-century India by any means necessary (including unleashing a truckful of wild animals on a posh British party). This Tollywood thrill ride out-Hollywoods Hollywood with its near constant jaw-dropping action sequences and gives Bollywood a run for its money with its now-famous dance sequence (our auditorium has wide aisles in case you want to dance along). (Dir.: S. S. Rajamouli, India, 2022, 182 min., DCP, Telugu with English subtitles)
