Description
A ceramic dish. Off-white stonepaste body. Black decoration under turquoise glaze. Dish is fairly deep with broad flat rim. Foot ring is wide and shallow. Dish decorated in center with a stylized chrysanthemum with other flowers and pointed leaves emanating from that flower. The rim contains scroll patterns. The bottom contains one line near the rim and two lines near the foot ring, which is unglazed. There are four holes in the foot ring for hanging. The glaze is crackled and there are a few cracks and chips in the dish. -
