Object Details

  • Description

    Medium-sized dish with decoration incised through the glaze.
    Clay: ivory stoneware body.
    Glaze: clear glaze; iron wash "chocolate" base.
    Decoration: A single large floral (probably lotus) spray fills the center, while the well is filled by a floral scroll.
