Description
Round box with flattened lid, tapering body, and trimmed inset foot.Clay: pale gray, fine grained.Glaze: white, milky opacity, lustrous; thin, greenish, crackled glaze on interior of body and lid.Decoration: in underglaze cobalt. Triple line defining shoulder of lid and enclosing landscape scene with garden, pavillion, and wooded hills.Mark: none. -
