  • Description

    Polychrome--Ku-yueh Hsuan type.
    Bowl: small with steep sides and low foot. Carved wood stand.
    Body: fine grained white porcelain.
    Glaze: transparent, glossy.
    Decoration: in overglaze enamel colors; five mynahs on branches with autumn leaves; inscription of 10 characters and two simulated seals; four character mark of the Yung-Cheng period in dark gray blue enamel on base.
