Object Details

  • Description

    Plate: small, with bowl-like concavity and spreading rim; low foot. Cracked and repaired.
    Clay: soft, white.
    Glaze: glassy greenish white; partially disintegrated areas with a mother-of-pearl iridescence.
    Decoration: painted in blue, black and aubergine under glaze with areas of greenish-white reserve.
