Object Details

• Description

  Bottle, pear-shaped, with long neck; low foot; seven light clay spur-marks on unglazed footrim. Base glazed. Teakwood stand.

  Clay: hard, sonant.

  Glaze: lustrous greenish-gray celadon; areas of smoky-gray discoloration.

  Decoration: incised in paste under glaze.
