Object Details

• Description

  Corner tile. Broken in two and mended; two plaster restorations.

  Clay: soft, buff.

  Glaze: rich turquoise blue, crackled; areas of incipient disintegration and a silver iridescence.

  Decoration: parts of Arabic inscriptions modelled in low relief.
