Description
Bowl, compressed ovoidal; bold foot. Gold lacquer repairs.Clay: hard, grayish.Glaze: reddish-tan splashed with slate gray.Decoration: cream-white hakeme, blistered and broken.Under the thickly brushed slip is a full array of stamped and combed decoration, which would have been more visible had more of the slip been brushed off. -
