• Description

  Jar with bulbous shoulder, contracted neck and flaring lip; flanged foot.

  Body: hard dark gray stoneware.

  Glaze: glossy, orange-skin surface, opaque gray mottled with purple; covers inside of footrim; flaw on shoulder.
