Object Details

• Description

  Oil bottle: flattened form, dish mouth on contracted neck; low foot-rim; three large sandy spur marks with supporting material adhering. Lip chipped.

  Clay: porcellanous, light gray.

  Glaze: gray-green celadon, soft lustre; also covers foot and base except where worn or ground on some places on foot-rim; crackle (except on neck) which is darkly stained on lower half of bottle.

  Undecorated.
