Object Details

• Description

  Jar: large ovoid; foot recessed. Wood stand.

  Clay: fairly hard, buff stoneware.

  Glaze: turquoise, transparent, over a coating of white slip; crazed. Chipped and repaired.

  Decoration: painted in black under glaze.
