  Manuscript; An'am: selection of suras from the Qur'an, suras 1, 6, 36, 48, 55, 56, 67, 78, 93 and 114, followed by prayers and pious tracts; text: Arabic in black naskh script; vocalized in black with red letters for recitation; 157 folios with a double-page frontispiece (fols. 1 verso-2 recto), 2 paintings (fols. 142 verso, 143 recto), illuminated headings, and verse markers; standard page: one column, 9 lines of text.

  Binding: The manuscript is bound in red leather over paper pasteboards with gold and red tooling on the exterior covers and doublures of mottled yellow paper.
