Object Details

  • Description

    Eyelet finial and eyelet handle. Molded decor on outside.
    Clay: soft, buff.
    Glaze: outside - roughened black and brown, touched with gold; inside - clear glaze appearing slightly gray where thick.
    Decoration: inside - in gold, green, and blue enamel, over glaze; on bottom, paulownia vinescroll motif; on lid, scattered chrysanthemums.
