Dana(1819-1897)가 1897년까지 소장 [1] 1898년에서 1919년 Charles Lang Freer(1854-1919)가 1898년 2월 24일부터 26일까지 뉴욕에서 개최된 Dana 컬렉션 경매에서 구입하여 소장 [2]1920년 이후 프리어미술관 소장, 1920년 Charles Lang Freer 기증 [3]각주:[1] 폴더 시트 내 기록일자 미상의 메모 참조. 프리어새클러미술관 아카이브 소장 Original Pottery List, L. 312 참조.[2] 각주 1 참조. 이 발은 Dana 컬렉션 경매 도록에 204번으로 수록된 것으로 추정됨 (해당 유물 기록 중 Louise Cort의 2005년 7월 18일자 큐레이터 의견 7번 항목에 따름). [3] Charles Lang Freer의 원본 기증 증서는 1906년 서명되었음. 1920년 프리어 갤러리 완공 시 소장품 접수.
