Sackler Gallery, gift of Mr. and Mrs. Osborne and Gratia Hauge, and Mr. and Mrs. Victor Hauge in 2005Notes:[1] Object file.Collected while Osborne and Gratia Hauge were living in Saigon (1972 or 1973-1975), most likely from a Vietnamese military officer stationed in the Mekong delta who recovered pots from the river and brought them to the Hauges on his trips to Saigon.A note in Gratia Hauge's handwriting attached to the base suggests the piece was acquired on 9 June 1974. -
