Detached folio from a dispersed copy of the Qur'an; recto: sura al-Jathiya (the Crouching) 45: part of 34-37, recto begins with "al-yawm" sura al-Ahqaf (the Sandhills) 46:1-4; verso: sura 46:5-11 and part of 12, verso begins with "wa min adallu"; Arabic in black naskh script with three lines of bold black muhaqqaq and gold thuluth; marginal notes in naskh and thuluth script; gold rosette verse markers; vocalized in black with red letters for recitation and reading; one column; thirteen lines of text.Border: The text is set in gold and blue rulings on cream-colored paper. -
