    Detached folio from a dispersed copy of the Qur'an; left-hand half of a double-page frontispiece; separate from the facing folio S1986.84.1; recto: Sura al-Fatiha (the Opener)1: part of 5-7, recto begins with "nasta'in"; verso: Sarlawh, Sura al-Baqara (the Cow) 2:1-7 and part of 8; verso begins with "al-Baqara"; Arabic in white, gold and black thuluth and muhaqqaq script; vocalized in white, gold and black with red letters for recitation and reading; one column; 9 lines of text; one of a group of two folios.
