Description
Shape: Fragment of the face of a wall tile. Shard is approximately 1.5 cm thick.Clay: Very fine, light beige in color; very few inclusions or air pockets.Glaze: Clear, uncrackled.Decoration: Finely painted cobalt-blue floral decoration. Exquisite control of brush and pigment, especially in the rendition of vines and tendrils of the painted vegetation.Marks: None. -
